Stephen Donnelly: All civil and public servants in Ireland are covered by the Public Service Sick Leave Scheme. The Scheme was reviewed and a revised policy issued in 2023. In the health sector, Circular 14-2023 introduced this revised policy. Details in respect of Temporary Rehabilitative Remuneration are set out in Section 4. I attach a copy of this circular for information for the Deputy.
