Gerry Horkan: Sentencing of the individuals in that case has not happened yet, so I ask the Senator to be very careful. If he is going to pursue this, anything he says might be misinterpreted, so it might be better if he leaves it until the sentencing has been concluded. I am just asking him to be careful as to what he says.

Gerry Horkan: I certainly sympathise with Ana Kriégel's family. I read the article myself, and it is harrowing. In my position, I want to be careful we do not say something that would have an influence on the sentencing or be interpreted in that way. I thank the Senator for his understanding.
