Terry Leyden: I ask the Leader to arrange for a debate before the recess on the Cloyne report. It is very important that we have a full, measured and reasoned debate based on facts. The report was commissioned during the Fianna Fáil Administration which shows that we were open to it. The victims are suffering with the release of the report but at least there is some closure, as they said this morning....
