Gerry Horkan: I accept that the Minister of State cannot give a guarantee as to when, but what is the process in terms of when it will start collecting information? The motor insurance process has started. When is it anticipated that it will start on nightclubs, restaurants, play zones, meat factories, marts or whatever it happens to be?

Gerry Horkan: Okay. I thank the Minister of State and his officials for their efforts on this. It is important that the committee gets regular updates from him and, through him, from the cost of insurance working group on what is happening, if things cannot happen why they cannot happen and if they cannot happen whether there is a way of getting around whatever barriers there are to make them happen....
