John O'Mahony: In terms of the discussion on the Bill last week, the issue of the practical implementation of it for smaller companies was mentioned. Ms Murdock just made reference to a business involving a husband and wife and in that scenario, does the husband test the wife and vice versa? If have just one truck, do I test myself? What is the situation there?

John O'Mahony: Yes, but the point was made that truck drivers do their CPC training and in doing that, they are guaranteeing competence and that they understand the rules and regulations and so forth. I am still not convinced about how this can be practically implemented by individuals and small companies in the industry.
