Martin Mansergh: It would be open to Fingal County Council to apply for funding to build a flood defence wall at the location referred to by the Deputy under the Office of Public Works Minor Flood Works scheme. If the Council submits an application that meets the eligibility criteria of the scheme, it will be considered by the OPW having regard to the overall availability of funding for flood risk management.
