Bertie Ahern: It is estimated that we will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by about 1 million tonnes of CO2 in the next decade and there will be a 41% reduction on projected emissions. This is without factoring in the additional investment and benefits which we believe will arise from the significant investment, of almost €35 billion in today's prices, being made in Transport 21.
