Pat Gallagher: As I said earlier, it was submitted and I realised that Deputy Boyd Barrett had no issue with the amendment itself, it is the principle of it. It was submitted as an amendment to an amendment and it was felt that it was more fitting as an amendment to stand on its own within the group.
