All I am saying is that he might not be able to be as forthright, now that he is a Minister of State, as he would be if he were not a Minister of State. It is frightening to think that people are expected to adhere to safe work practices over extraordinarily long lengths of time. It is wrong to call the people in question "junior doctors" because, as Deputies are aware, it is not as if they are all young new doctors....
