As I am only making the proposals, I cannot publish the proposals I intend to make to the Cabinet. As the Senator is aware, that is not procedural and I cannot do that. However, I am prepared to return to this House afterwards to discuss the actions that were taken, whatever they may be.

This work was carried out by a private contractor hired by my Department. The issue of costs incurred by the Air Corps, which also provides this service to my Department, is a matter for the Department of Defence.
