This has been checked by the Office of the Ombudsman and by civil servants. The matter must be brought into the political domain, and a recommendation from this committee must be made to Deputy Coveney and the Taoiseach's office that they do the right...

The recommendation should go to the Taoiseach and the Minister, Deputy Coveney, before the dissolution of the Dáil. I am totally unhappy that they have not made a clear decision, regardless-----
