Michael McCarthy: Thank you, Deputy. I remind members of the time restriction under which we are working. The Minister is due in the House at 5.25 p.m. and I must leave at 5.15 p.m. to present a Topical Issue matter. The Minister has agreed to return in January for further discussions.
