Michael D'Arcy: The 85% has to be paid out. We have tax treaties. While 8% is paid here, other amounts are paid when they receive their dividend in other jurisdictions. The Deputy is not calculating those.

Michael D'Arcy: Two weeks ago, the committee dealt with the latest tax treaty with Kazakhstan. There are international tax treaties between Ireland and 74 countries.
