Damien English: If one goes into a bank today, there are staff roaming the floor, advising people in queues of new services and so forth. Does this happen in social welfare offices? If not, should we consider it, even if it were only in the summer time with students doing it? I am conscious the front-line staff at the hatch are under a lot of pressure. Maybe this would assist them.
