Brendan Ryan: I have a quick question on table 8 on the "at risk of poverty" measurements. I know that the Minister mentioned it as I joined the meeting. How significant is that measure in the Department? Does it drive policy? Is it measured first and then the Department tries to rationalise it? Does the Department carry out an internal assessment on the potential impact budgets might have on a measure?
