Enda Kenny: The Tánaiste is out doing the Taoiseach's dirty work in respect of the tribunal. We have good cop, bad cop, with the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government saying the tribunals should be closed down while the Taoiseach says they should go ahead. This is contemptuous treatment of Dáil Ãireann.
