Jennifer Whitmore: Of course, the Paris Agreement obliges us to act with a precautionary approach. If we are not 100% sure, we need to take it into account and have a sort of risk-averse approach. We obviously need to have those discussions. Perhaps that is something the committee needs to look at. Our obligations under the Paris Agreement would mean that we would have to do so.
