Grace O'Sullivan: I accept what the Minister of State said but we are talking about doing something in a timely fashion. I understand we are in a housing crisis and that the planning process needs to move on in many cases. It is not just about being timely it is also about being appropriate. As this amendment is about doing something in terms of housing standards that I believe is appropriate, I will press it.
