Ann Phelan: It is my understanding, and the delegation can tell me if I am incorrect, that the height of the pylon is determined by the centre of the cable. Where the cable sags, EirGrid must get a 9 m clearance and that is what determines the height of a pylon. It is my understanding there has been no decision on the height of the pylon except what I have outlined. Am I incorrect?
