The latest update we got last year was that the first homes would now not be available until 2025. This is a two-year delay in one of the LDA's flagship projects. Thomas Gould: As part of the agreement when the new prison was built, commitments were given to the community in the Glen and surrounding areas. Anything that happens on the site will have to involve discussions with the local community. Have the witnesses any idea of the rent for the St. Kevin's site? It is probably sensitive information but I would like a ballpark figure. Will the rents be affordable?
