Jack Wall: The most important part of the Bill is on Committee Stage, when people can put forward amendments and so on. The Deputies are eating into the time for Committee Stage and they are not allowing their own spokespersons to deal with it. I ask Deputies to allow the Minister to finish his summation and we will then move on to Committee Stage. They can all speak then if they so wish.
