Richard Bruton: Over four reckless budgets the Minister for Finance's predecessor dragged this economy to the very edge of a cliff. Today, with this budget, the Minister has pushed us over the edge. We were told this would be a budget about making provision for the future, but it is all about extra taxes for ordinary families, extra charges for people and cutting capital spending.
