Michael Moynihan: Has the National Transport Authority had any incidents where the wheelchair accessible space on a bus was taken and another person with a wheelchair got on the bus? Has that occurred or has any complaint been made by anyone with a wheelchair? Is there any evidence in that regard?

If, for example, somebody is travelling from station A today, is there somewhere they can look at the information that is available from Bus Éireann, Iarnród Éireann or the National Transport Authority to show where there is a challenge or issue?
