Damien English: I will move on to questions. Before I call Deputy Calleary, l will first call our rapporteur, Senator Cullinane. As we have had a number of presentations, we are a little behind on time and while the rapporteur may need some more time, I ask the members to be brief in their questions. Damien English: Is there a reason for it? Is there a major cost involved in the banks or is an IT issue? What is their concern?

Damien English: So it is not a problem for individuals, it is just a problem for businesses. That does not make sense. If it will be available for individuals, one would imagine it is possible for business to business as well. The banks are committed to doing it for individuals next year, but not for business to business, or am I not understanding it correctly?
