Paul Coghlan: The point is well made by the Senator. On Second Stage, we paid tribute to these people for the great work they did over the years. While I welcome the Bill and understand the need for it in the times we are in, I pay tribute to those who served over the years on the board and all those who have served in Civil Defence and continue to do so.
