Pat Rabbitte: As an interesting aside, this is the same Department of Transport which, when Deputy Brennan was Minister, pledged that Cork Airport would be debt free. I became concerned about the impact on passengers in Cork when I read a report in the Irish Examiner quoting the Minister, Deputy Martin, as being confident that charges will not increase in Cork.
