Michael McCarthy: There is a recovery. The talk in the past couple of weeks has been about avoiding another boom-to-bust market. There is also the focus on homelessness and other aspects of housing. There is a natural appetite to avoid what happened in the past. Does Mr. O'Hogan envisage that the market will be positive in a couple of years' time?
