I have spoken to the Minister several times about Carlow County Council's submission of an application regarding the Tullow Road community hub. The cost is estimated at €4.1 million, which has been requested. The project is shovel-ready. The Tullow Road in Carlow has a lot of housing but there are not many facilities there....
