John Perry: We all know the names in the main fuel distribution network. There are very few unbranded stations at the moment. What level of collaboration has Revenue got with the main distributors in implementing the new regulation? It is easy enough for them to identify non-trading entities without a brand. Most agents have a franchise.

Even the cigarettes legitimately on sale are a public health concern. but I believe that these illicit cigarettes pose a greater health concern because the quality is suspect and there could even be rat poison in them. Does the Revenue test illicit cigarettes?
