Fergus O'Dowd: On the Order of Business, in response to what the Tánaiste said about the course in Dundalk, that was a major scandal. For a full year one individual corrupted the results of a course but no reference was made to the real scandal. That company got further contracts and manipulated the material and the results and brought the course and external bodies such as City & Guilds into disrepute....
