Pat Deering: Mr. Moran mentioned that the Cypriots would be hanging up their boots shortly. To return to the question I asked earlier, in the event that it comes down to the wire and Ireland does not get a deal, would we be better to move this on to the next six-month term or try to force a deal at the last minute? What would be the consequences of our not getting a deal during our Presidency?
