This needs to be clarified.

Emmet Stagg: Will the Ceann Comhairle clarify his statement that the Chairman of the committee can make arrangements for alternative accommodation? The Chairman of the committee cannot decide to use the Dáil Chamber. That is the job of the Ceann Comhairle. We are asking him to ensure that the Members have space and time to deal effectively with this legislation.
