John Brady: I asked the Minister if he believed it is an acceptable practice for the Secretary General of his Department to be able to keep stores or supplies of alcohol, such as champagne or whatever, in a drawer in his office that he could hand out to visiting dignitaries without any checks, balances or protocols because he had purchased it himself. I do not think that is an acceptable practice.
