John Perry: I am not saying that, but if we are talking about integration of services, and we have 80,000 recipients of rent supplement, people who went from distressed mortgages in to rent supplement properties, people who are getting welfare and benefits, MABS and the Citizens Information Board might assist how people manage those funds.
