Neasa Hourigan: I want to follow up on Deputy Murphy's point about asking either the courts, PIAB or the compensators themselves to move to a position where they are more explicit about the payments and about whether they are classified as income forgone or just not classified at all. The witnesses mentioned the UK experience and it changing in 2014 to all compensation being up for recovery-----
