Damien English: On a point of information relating to Deputy Lawlor's question, each Government agency is responsible for its own tendering but does the OPW think to advise them about some of their tenders? The point raised is that some tenders seem prohibitive to a certain number of businesses. The OPW does not necessarily have a role in the tender but does it advise agencies? It works with the tenderer...
