Simon Coveney: The target for the next six years is an extra 2,000 companies that are effectively going global in terms of exporting. What I do not have is the break-up of that 2,000 figure for what we can achieve in 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027, but I can ask EI for that.

Simon Coveney: We now have a circular economy strategy, a circular economy programme, a national food waste prevention roadmap and a circular economy fund. These are all provided for in the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act from a couple of years ago. We need to deliver on that now and I am sure this committee will hold us to account on it.
