Thomas Byrne: Not yet, but we are worried about it. The centre has not opened. It is about to open. It is finished and we do not know why it has not been opened.

Thomas Byrne: If the Minister of State was needed in the Dáil, we would have accommodated that. The Leader said she was available at this time and we said that was fine. There was no discussion. It was due to be at 2.30 p.m. We had no issue about that.
