Michael McNamara: I listened to Ms McDonagh's presentation. She said that the bank is maintaining ATMs where there would not be an alternative in the town or village concerned. Bank of Ireland has an ATM in both Kilkee and Milltown Malbay in County Clare. There may be an ATM maintained but it will no longer be an externally accessible ATM, rather it will be in a local supermarket, which obviously closes...
