Maria Bailey: What is the rationale behind choosing to build social housing, buy vacant units or buy on the market? Throughout the country there are different needs. Vacant units might be required more in Dublin than in Galway, Waterford or such places. Is there a blended approach behind that? Deputy Casey has already asked my second question.
