Mary Harney: I do not know when we will have the constituencies revision Bill. It has not been brought before the Cabinet and I do not anticipate any great need to rush it through. We have three years to get it through. The Government has a fairly radical set of proposals on Dáil reform but the Labour Party will not engage because of the Thursday issue which it originally supported.
