Michael Creed: I welcome the opportunity to speak on this motion. There is a depressing sense of déjà vu about this debate. I was previously a Member of this House from 1989 to 2002 when we had the tumultuous debates under the previous Fianna Fáil regime of Charles J. Haughey. His legacy has obviously affected the body politic in Fianna Fáil. I do not need to list the names as they are all known....
