Neasa Hourigan: We might move on to the home care in a moment. I am trying to understand what the pathway is between a CHO or that ICPOP team and an AHB, a local authority or whatever.

Neasa Hourigan: What about somebody who is not being discharged from hospital but who needs to move for whatever reason? It might be that they are renting and they have to move, or they are a younger person who is moving out of a family situation because they want to live alone. How do these people interact with the ICPOP teams and how do they secure housing?

Neasa Hourigan: I am sorry, the Minister of State is right. However, all of those accessing the teams would not necessarily be being discharged from a medical facility.

Neasa Hourigan: In demographic terms, we know that we are going to have a huge population of renters who are going to get older and who may have to move on. Is it the social worker who has the contact with those responsible for the social housing list? Is it Clúid? I am trying to work out at what point the care team makes contact with the housing team.

Neasa Hourigan: The meals on wheels services in my constituency is great. On the ICPOP teams, who is the advocate for the person? Is it the public health nurse? Who is making the call? I do not mean making the decision; I refer, literally, to the person who picks up the phone?
