Michael D'Arcy: A document from 24 October 2016 from Mr. Kavanagh to the chairman stated that he was writing to confirm the provisions of clause two of his contract, that there would be no further contract at the end of this one and that his employment with HRI would cease at that point. This was agreed and minuted at the HRI board meeting on 21 July. Was that matter raised and minuted in the correct manner?

However, there are farmers getting much greater loans at much higher interest rates for machinery, and with one quarter of the paperwork and effort that is going into this loans process from the same banks. Somebody has complicated this nicely in order for the banks to benefit.
