Colm Burke: There has been some litigation on this matter previously, relating to Bus Éireann having all responsibility for school transport and whether the appropriate public tendering is taking place. That was my recollection of this issue previously but I do not know if the correspondence deals with that.

Colm Burke: My question on the substantial claims relates to how the builders quoted on the basis of the design and the bill of quantities. What substantial change occurred that now allows the builders to claim over €50,000? It must have been a substantial variation.
