Robert Troy: When will that debate be facilitated to give all Deputies an opportunity to contribute? The Taoiseach is not the only past pupil of a two-teacher school. I am a past pupil of a one-teacher school and proud to say it. According to CSO figures published this year, more than one third of all children are living in deprivation.
