Billy Timmins: On that point, is IBRC's legal department adequately staffed? It was mentioned that there was a 50% reduction in staff since the peak. Obviously, IBRC has lost a certain amount of expertise. Is there any area where it is really exposed? Have any section heads left in the past six or nine months?
