I ask Ms McSweeney to keep in contact with us because there are certainly some issues on which we will need clarification as we draw up the report. Tom Hayes: On behalf of the committee, I welcome from Facebook, Mr. Simon Milner, policy director - UK and Ireland, and Ms Patricia Cartes, manager - public policy, who are here to advise us on the safeguards currently employed by Facebook for users and non-users of the platform.
