Leo Varadkar: I am pleased the Minister for Transport is in the Chamber. I tabled a parliamentary question asking him about the charges set by him for a driver's licence and a driving test. The question was disallowed by you, a Cheann Comhairle, on the basis that the Minister has no official responsibility to Dáil Ãireann for this matter and it is one for the Road Safety Authority.
