Promissory Notes: Motion (Resumed) (14 Feb 2013)

Dara Calleary: I will deal with the previous contributions towards the end of my remarks, but I start by acknowledging that this is a very important deal and the effort put in by the Ministers for Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform and the staff of the Department of Finance and the Central Bank in achieving it. Promissory Notes: Motion (Resumed) (14 Feb 2013)

Dara Calleary: I will talk to the Deputy later. The fiscal issues remain. There is a notion that they have been resolved by the deal, but it is not being propagated by too many. Prior to the last general...
